Services

CrediBuild Systems provides done-for-you business presence services including website development, AI chatbot setup, voice receptionist configuration, social media management, SEO optimization, reputation management, automated follow-up systems, and monthly management services as outlined in your selected plan.

Payment Terms

*All plans are billed monthly beginning on the date of purchase

*Your first month payment covers the complete Foundation build

*Recurring monthly payments begin after the first month

*All payments are non-refundable once the build process has begun

*We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

Foundation Plan

The Foundation plan is $1,000 per month with no long-term commitment required. You may cancel at any time after your Foundation build is complete by providing written notice to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Foundation Pro Plan

The Foundation Pro plan is $1,500 per month. This plan continues month to month automatically. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

FOUNDING Coupon

The FOUNDING promotional code provides 100% off the first month of service on either plan. This offer is limited to one use per customer and applies to the first month only. Subsequent months are billed at the standard plan rate.

Client Responsibilities

*To ensure successful delivery of services, clients agree to:

*Complete the onboarding form within 5 business days of purchase

*Provide timely feedback and approvals during the build process

*Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms as requested

*Respond to communications within 48 hours during the build phase

SMS Program & Messaging

CrediBuild Systems operates an SMS messaging program for clients and prospects who have opted in. By opting in you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. To opt out reply STOP to any message. For support reply HELP or contact [email protected]. CrediBuild Systems is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all content and assets created specifically for their business. CrediBuild Systems retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

Limitation of Liability

CrediBuild Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, CrediBuild Systems does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or client acquisition results. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, CrediBuild Systems will provide clients with access to all completed assets within 10 business days. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
